The materials shown so far have pointed out on numerous occasions that there is a Pathfinder (and presumably a supporting team) on each Ark. Granted the Andromeda Initiative is human-led, however I would assume there is an equivalent set of capable Asari, Salarians and Turians on each of the other three Arks.
I wonder if we will get to meet them in some capacity? Maybe one has gone rogue/betrayed the Initiative for their own ends/for promises of power from the Kett. Each of the habitat worlds is some distance from the others, but it we get to visit them all and help or hinder the races trying to settle there it will make for some interesting plot and mission content.
Personally I'd love it if the Asari Commando team that Cora trained with are on the Asari Ark and you can team up with them. An all-Turian squad would be awesome to have as backup for a large-scale battle against a big Kett or Remnant force. Plus Salarians for holding the line....
