From what we have seen so far, and based on familiar race profiles (i.e. Turians aren't biotics) I'd assume the following:
Vetra - Engineer
Liam - Soldier
Cora - Sentinel
PeeBee - Adept
Drack - Vanguard
Jaal - Infiltrator
Of course they won't be called this, more likely it will be "Turian specialist" or "Asari scientist" but you get the gist.

Liam went to college as a tech, so I doubt they'd put him in the Soldier slot. I'd probably go something like:
Liam: Infiltrator
Cora: Vanguard
PeeBee: Sentinel
Vetra: Engineer
Drack: Soldier
Jaal: Explorer
Mystery 7th squadmate: Adept
There's a couple of these I could switch around, but that's what I'm guessing so far.

Liam is confirmed to be engineer (by toy Funko I think) So: Liam: Engineer Cora: Adept Peebee: Sentinel (agree with Foelhe ) or Explorer Vetra: Infiltrator Drack: Soldier (agree with Foelhe ) Jaal: Explorer (I like the idea of "Explorer" for the Andromedian squadmate); if he is not, Infiltrator (monocle) or Vanguard Mystery 7th squadmate: Vanguard |

Crap. I was actually leaning toward Engineer for Liam, but the new trailer had him using an assault rifle every time he showed up, so I switched it. That was also why I had Cora as a Vanguard, so yeah, probably move her to the Adept slot.

I actually don't think that there is a 7th squadmate anymore.
And I am not certain that the squaddie classes will fit into the traditional classes given the new system.
That being said, if they do fit into them, I'm going to say:
Cora - adept
Liam - engineer
Pee Bee - sentinel
Vetra - infiltrator
Drack - vanguard
Jaal - soldier
Although I suppose that a few of these could get moved around. Maybe Vetra and Liam could swap. Maybe Drack and Jaal could swap (have we seen any indication that Jaal is a biotic?). Maybe Pee Bee is actually a vanguard.

I would swap Drack and Jaal in order to break any similarity between Drack and Wrex (who was a Vanguard) However... Grunt was pretty much a Soldier too so... I guess it doesn't matter  |

I noticed in one of the trailers that Peebee seemed to be able to choose from all three categories like Ryder, so likely they'll have more freedom than previous squadmates while having preset profiles that incline them toward certain ability types. Based on what we've seen so far:
Between Peebee and Cora one will be a Sentinel variant while the other will be an Adept variant.
Between Liam and Vetra one will be an Engineer variant while the other will be an Infiltrator variant.
And between Drax and Jaal one will be a Soldier variant and the other will be a Vanguard variant. (these two are from process of elimination)
This is as specific as I think we can get at one point.
