Are Biotics exclusive to Milky way? Will it be a "horses in South America" situation where I will be able to get into an aliens bed chamber by impressing him/her/it with my awesome space magic? Will the eezo be the ultimate source of power over the unwashed masses of the new galaxy?
Will Pull be platinum-viable?

So, biotics are not exclusive to us, but we had a thing called the Cuttlefish problem, which accelerated our knowledge of it. Whether Andromedans actually use it to travel between stars, or if they had discovered the ability to manipulate crap with their minds yet, that we don't know.

I guess the more basic elements of the periodical table have to be the same across the universe, but since the emergence exotic elements might depend on special conditions (like supernovas) some might be bountiful in some areas and rare in others.
If eezo is rare in Andromeda, that could lead to interesting situations. Maybe an early quest is to repair or find the equipment to extract eezo? Maybe the deposits are under the protection of warrior monks? Maybe their immediate response to biotics is to burn them at the stake?

I just want Andromeda to feel like another galaxy, not just like an extension of Milky Way with a little different looking aliens. Biotics could be a good distinction between the newcomers and the indigenous races

Biotics could be a good distinction between the newcomers and the indigenous races Well, we know that eezo is really rare and that human biotics weren't even a thing until they started using mass effect technology and had a little shipping accident. They got the mass effect technology from the Protheans and they got it from whatever the Reapers left behind. Thessia has a lot of element zero and it was long assumed that this was the reason for the Asari's natural biotic abilities. That is until ME3, when it was revealed that the Protheans probably genetically engineered them that way. So if you have a galaxy without mass effect technology, how would you get embryos exposed to the stuff in the womb? The chance of that happening would be extremely low.

Eezo is supposed to be rare everywhere, the thing is that in MW people can mine it across entire galaxy, since some relays are conveniently placed near deposits. Here we have sole star cluster, which might not have eezo at all, but the game has "mass effect" in it's name, doesn't it?

I could totally see a situation where the Archon view biotics as heretical, and we arrive to an....INQUISITION

IIRC, the devs have said that our squadmates will be set up along the more traditional ME class lines. We know Cora is a vanguard, Liam is likely to be a melee-infiltrator given his description, Peebee is a sentinel (CES footage showed her with tech and biotic powers) and I think Drak is likely to be an old soldier. That leaves Vetra and Jaal as an engineer and an adept. I doubt that Vetra is a biotic because biotics are supposed to be rare among Turians and we already had Nyreen as a biotic. So I'm guessing Jaal is the adept. EDIT: ...although the toy Jaal is shown holding a sniper rifle, so possibly not. :/

I quite like the idea of a Biotic sniper. Stasis--->headshot. I know we already had Thane in ME2 but we couldn't choose his powers.

I expect there to be eezo and biotics, and Mass Relays. Andromeda will just have developed different ways of accessing what we're already used to.
Yes, eezo is rare and biotics are hard to come by; that is true. However, the logical encounter rate for anything in fiction is never realistic. Trillions of people in the galaxy, but only Liara was the most skilled in deciphering Prothean artifacts. Trillions of people in the galaxy, but Wrex was the last Krogan to solo a thresher maw; so on and so forth.
There being Andromedean biotics doesn't negate the rarity of biotics since 95% of encounters will be with special people by our cast of special people. And it'd be done for gameplay's sake.

I have a feeling that the "Black/blue floaty tar-metal" stuff that we see in the trailers serves a somewhat similar purpose in the Andromeda galaxy that Eezo did in the MW. Although i am not basing this off anything, just a personal, little theory.

The Krogan Rite of Passage isn't the only way for people to end up fighting a Thresher Maw. Regardless, the point is that the vast majority of the characters we play as and encounter in games are extranormals that go against the grain of standard logic and conventions for the sake of entertainment. Movies, books, and TV shows are the same.
