My hope is that her crush with Drack is something that we can encourage or disuade depending on the player. Turning her crush towards the player. I'm guessing if left alone or not discussed it could turn into a Garrus/Tali in ME3 scenario.

Do we know if Lexi is even romanceable? I don't believe anyone knows unquestionably without a doubt. However, BioWare has given us the impression that the entire crew of the Tempest will likely be romance options (one certainly seems capable of flirting with everyone). MEA will have more romance opportunities than any previous BioWare games, so the chances seem high. |

Do we know if Lexi is even romanceable? It's not confirmed either way. One article mentioned her in a list of people who the author thought would be romance options based on flirting. Another says that she "called dibs" on Drack, which makes it sound like she's not interested in Ryder. |

I swear to God if they Aveline me again with Dr.Lexi I'm gonna flip the **** out throughout the entire Mass Effect Franchise I've only ever been interested in 3 Asari and that was Shiala,Samara and now Dr.Lexi and so far the first 2 were a not an option so here's hoping Dr.Lexi is an option but it's not looking to good at the moment.
