So based on this article It sounds like you can't romance the Asari doctor, look at #6. I've moved your post here since the issue is already being discussed. And on that note: We saw the conversation in question in the Flirt Video. While it doesn't look good, it's not 100% certain Dr. Lexi is unromanceable. The circumstances behind the rejection may well change. |

That would be nice to see Lexi let her hair down so to speak during the relationship, since she tries to be a professional and while as the ship psychiatrist she has others do that to her she doesn't really have anyone to do that with herself with. That's another reason why I'm hoping her romance if she has one is like Josephine's where the sexual aspect is ignored/left ambiguous and the romance focuses on the romantic aspect of the relationship. For me she is one of two, the other being Suvi. Though Lexi is the top spot for me. |

NOOO! Who says we can't bang harder than Drake?  (Massive spoilers inside) Over in the "Do you think all romance options have been revealed thread", poster notshauna and many others have predicted the 3/3/3 setup for the achievement. Key romances - Straight male - Cora, Vetra, Peebee Straight female - Liam, Jaal, Reyes Gay male - Gil, Jaal, Reyes Lesbian female - Suvi, Vetra, Peebee There will certainly be more flings and such. If you can, find out if Dr Lexi, Jien Garson, Kallo Jath and Tiran Kandros are romancable?  Heavy spoilers under cut. Jien is dead.
Lexi is unromanceable.
Kallo seems unromanceable too.
Reyes isn't counted as "romance" in their system while 2 other options do (aya_relic and nex_whatever, can't remember the second word - and yes, those are probably quest names, with romanceable NPCs tied to those quests). He still can be flirted with tho. At least. Just probably won't give you an achievement.
And, finally, I don't think I can help you with Tiran - wasn't among "romance" options for sure unless he's part of nex_whatever. |

I suspect we still won't get a straight answer until after release, and maybe never to the second part. But at that point I will calmly request that someone with a line to the writers (i.e. twitter) ask them precisely what their major malfunction is.

If anything, I thought Peebee is being advertised as your "traditional Asari" squadmate like Liara. She's super buddy buddy with you, they showed her off sleeping with broryder in early trailers. I can see why you're disappointed with Lexi not being an option though, she could be the new Samara. You couldn't pursue Samara until ME3. I'm just a bit worried about whether Drack and Lexi become an item, it would make a chance to romance her in the future to be less likely. |

Is it bad that I am still hoping she is a full romance option? As soon as I saw Bioware advertise her as they did in the Natalie Dormer video I flipped out. I love Dormer, I wanted to be with the doc since we didn't get that with the other games...and it just is a very well put together character from what I have seen. I really hope they didn't put effort into random bangs and side characters and not include such a valuable part of conversation and your ship with that voice as a romance option. Then to top it off have her have a thing for another squad mate? Twist that knife some more Bioware...
I hope one of the other's sweeps me off my feet if that's the case.

I'm still hoping for that as well. While the dataminers so far haven't found anything with her regarding romance, it is still possible either it hasn't been found yet for some reason or she is one of the 'light' romances that Bioware talked about there being. Not a 'main' romance, but still a romance rather than a fling or no romance. And yeah, if she isn't a romance for the reason she gives in that flirt I hope it is a universal rule rather than her deciding to break it for them but not for the player, otherwise like you said it is just a cruel gesture to those who wanted to romance her. |
