Sometimes my toon just stops moving. I can shoot but do nothing else. I have excellent upload and download so, I don't think that is the issue.
I've read about dying and heavy melee but they don't work for this problem.
Any ideas?

I've had this happen only once in ~900 hrs of play, maybe a month or two ago. Happened with the Cabal, but I could still Poison Strike. I just quit the match and rejoined, haven't had it since because dying didn't help.

Yes, this issue sporadically repeats itself.
I only play ME3 online.
I've played ME3 since 2012 on xbox 360 but my box wont read discs anymore so I started playing online last summer.
