I know, like many of you I have fond memories of playing this game. Personally, my favorite times in the game were surrounding my times with the guys from team arelex and the hold the line series.
I can only hope I can look back on the next installment with the same level of fondness.
Share yours if you want. Might be a good time to reflect as we head into andromeda. You guys are the best.

Memories oh boy where to start: 1. The krysae used to be a lot more balanced than it is now hehe. 2. When you could flamer and use reegar at the same time diablo style. 3. When firebase glacier had that room that used to be empty and now it's filled with crates. #BiowareHatesCamping 4. FBWGG camping nothing needs to be said there. 5. Being able to 3 shot geth primes because of ridiculous headshot damage like 500% or something insane I can't remember. 6. When dying while initiating biotic charge bugged out your character and allowed you to ascend to the heavens literally 7. Reave dubstep RRRHHRHRHGHGHGHGHGH. 8. When you could shadow strike atlases. 9. Geth spitfire movement speed reduction LOL. 10. Watching JayHoxaTron and being jealous of his godly JavStepping. 11. Buff and nerf war threads. R.I.P DMC Protoman. 12. Stentron GI claymore is amazing. Any BSNer who's been around for as long as me would know the majority of what I'm talking about.

My best and most entertaining memory from ME3 were listening to two very excited absolute beginners talking to each other.
It's from long ago when I still played on Silver, Reapers on Vancouver iirc. What made it so hilarious is that they obviously were a bit older and slightly drunk. I can't remember everything they said but I remember some parts.
One of them had obviously gotten the Kishock I from one of the welcome packs :
"Don't worry man I got you covered, I got this gun that make them bleed out, one shot from this bad boy and that's it, they are done!"
The other guy with his Avenger I :
"Man assault rifles suck so bad in this game, not like Call of Duty man, I'm so switching over to a shotgun after this"
Guy 1 :
"Yeah this gun sucks as well, I'm also going with a shotgun next game".
Then in the lobby after the game, player two says upset and loudly :
"WTF man, I don't have any shotguns in my inventory!"
At that point I were laughing so hard I almost fell off my chair.

Pretty sure my favorite memories were when ANYBODY rage quit, mostly biggs and Crash though. There were others who rage quit due to a-bomb grief, those 2 were the funniest except when I did it to a random along with the easy bake reactor and made them quit.

I have so many great memories of this game: - The time when I started to get more and more confident in higher difficulties. - Realizing for the first time how much fun or effective a certain weapon or character build is. - Doing Themed Duo Challenges with my good friend starscream1208. - Finishing my first (and only) platinum solo. I think out of all the things I have achieved in video games, this is still the achievement I am most proud of. - I also remember the time when a new video guide about ME3MP came out almost every day on Invaderone's or caineghis' YT channel. I used to love watching these videos or just reading posts on the old BSN to learn how to improve at this game.
Sadly I started playing after all the balance patches happened, so I wasn't able to experience all the weapons that were overpowered at some point. I am excited to "live through" the balance changes in ME:A this time.

My favorite memory ever was starting a PC manifest after toiling endlessly on Ecks Bawks and assigning myself 999999999 credits. With my pants at my ankles. Hah, and I earned mine almost legit on both xbox and PC. Of course, I was gifted with 10 million credits in one random game... :/ I'm still calling it legit. As for memories, I really enjoyed the learning process. -Not wanting to even play the MP when I picked up ME3, only to give it a shot after a couple of days. -Weekend events -Leaving bronze and silver behind -Getting disgusted with FBWGG -Balance changes and new weapons/kits -Playing gold with regular people online -Introduction of and subsequent moving to platinum and playing with BSNers -trying to eliminate crutches out of my gameplay (still doing this). My GI is what brought me out of FBWGG and camping tactics. Once I started playing platinum, I realized that tactical cloak was another crutch, so was grenade spamming. If I wanted to truly git gud, I needed to be able to play more varied kits - still working on that.

I have lots and lots but one of the times I remember especially, probably a bit silly, was when playing with Evn, Xan and Mexx and we were all laughing and goofing around and then suddenly st one point I couldn't understand why no one was replying to me anymore, this had been going on for at least half hour I think but I just thought the guys were caught up in each other you know? Mexx and Xan can be like bf and bf lol, so I didn't think much of it... until it now started to bugg me. So I kept talking louder and louder but none of them still responded and then I looked down on the floor and noticed that my puppy had chewed over the wire for my headset, my VERY expensive headset!!!! LOL So yeah... I remember that fondly...

I remember a lot of stuff, but the most fun I usually had when a new DLC hit and I had so much credits saved up that I could just buy packs non stop and have all the new DLC content maxed shortly after and then tested everything all night long. This also meant that I could play some kits/weapons at max level before they were nerfed. Another memory would be back to a time shortly after release - way before the first DLC came out and without any capacity upgrades for medigels, rockets and such... we were doing speedruns vs. other BSN groups on a regular basis. Every day there would be a new record (and those times were nowhere near where they got to later). I also remember a speedrun challenge that had everybody playing on Giant with the Batarian Sentinel and nothing better than an uncommon weapon was allowed (which resulted in everyone using Mattocks at that time).

Eternal reave and the bitching that ensued when a "fucking drell" is the lobby.
People telling me how terrible the drell vanguard was until BSN saw the light.
The venom being and awful terrible weapon because the BSN said so.

Many, many memories.I don't even know where to start.March or April 2012 my skills were on a bronze level,so i went for a bronze match and ME decided to drop me in a platinum game.Rio/cerberus,can't remember what character or weapon i used, but after 5-6 min on the pitch i quitted the game and i thought that i will never be able to get at that level. Also as AW mentioned my favorite part was the themed challenge thread. So many great duos, trios and full team challenges with my old friends like x3lander(he deserves slecial thanks, because he drew me here and i,ve done milions games with him-themed and pugs), AW_FC_1986, TheNightSlasher, Smehur, ex-Clusum, TheTechnoTurian, Alfonse, Tupari, frankiscrank and with a new friends like docsteely+ many many other people(won't list them all, because i will miss someone for sure) who made my ME3 multi experience unforgettable.Gaining N7 rank on Plat in the themed challenge thread(my favorite series). The time when i completed the weekly themed solos 1.0(some of the hardest challenges i've ever done) and all other solos. And this is only a small part of all great moments.

Hmm, not super "recent" memories (duh), but when the Geth were so easy, it was a joke (not even on Gold). When Atlases didn't have DoT. INVADERONE and Xcal's tutorials. All my friends who I'd never met, but we had the time of our lives. The SPECTRE GROUP, where only1biggs didn't want to get me in (even though I constantly outscored him). Thunder with @kaxas92 or @salarian Jesus. A lot of Xanax got ingested that day! The BSN celebs, like Ashen Earth, LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. I'lm looking forward to re-live those fantastic moments!

some of my best memories are missile glitching with the guys back in the day, used to hit the sauce pretty hard back then. that's when i first found out about the dark side of mass effect, haven't stopped missile glitching since. also loved watching invaderone's youtube videos on mass effect multiplayer and learning about the mechanics, really made me enjoy the game more (didn't get any better at the game though lel)

I've played with a lot of awesome people and cool fat turians over the years and if I named them all I'd do that thing where I forget half of them and feel bad because I'm bad with names. The Themed Challenge Thread was also really great and I'm glad to have participated. However, nothing tops the fact that I married the other turian in this picture:

In the summer of 2012 I was a solid pro of roughly 30 hours played when I rolled a GI out of a veteran pack.
My brother and friend were both so jealous because they had been telling me how good it was supposed to be, I promptly tried it and died repeatedly and often in Silver. After dying a bunch in the beginning, I started turning HM off between attacks, so HM, TC, attack, then turn HM off (I needed those extra shields), repeat .. lol scrubby.
I just couldn't get it, so I stopped using it and probably didn't try it again until several hundred more hours of playtime passed. When i did try it again, knowing more about the game, wow, what a difference. That was when I tried it with the Piranha, I was playing a match with my regular crew against Gold Reapers, and took down a Banshee so fast my friend was like "what the hell did you just do?!?" That was awesome.
I had a similar story with the Drell Adept, I got it early on (being an uncommon card and all). Died all the time early on, but came back to it at a later time only to crush the game (thank you BSN for informing me re 5B cluster grenade evo).
Ah, good times. Those early days were scrubby, but the most fun of all, discovering new awesome combos to use.
