Recently, Bioware released a video featuring Peebee's voice actress, Christine Lakin, talk about the character. It was cool, but the best part of the video was when we got to hear one of her lines:
"Never met someone who wears so much..dead stuff."
This was obviously about Drax who wears an armor made of bones, but it does make me ask, what jokes would Peebee say to the other members? Here are my guesses:
Cora: "Looks like the Biotic Bitch is in town"
Liam: "You're like a teddy bear...with a gun."
Vetra: "Hello? Can you hear me up there?"
Jaal: "Take is to your leader...always wanted to say that!"
Kalo Jath: "Good Goddess! Take a breath!"
What are your ideas?
(On an unrelated note, I don't think I should romance Peebee. Feel free to ask why)

The reason is because of her description as being a lovable goofball. Don't get me wrong! That's not a bad thing! I'm actually excited to see what PeeBee's personality is like in the game. But, with a description like that I suddenly thought of her more as a little sister than a soulmate. It's kind of like how I always saw Garrus as a bro or even Tali as a younger sister, it just doesn't feel right to want to sleep with her.
Now that's out of the way, if anybody's got their own jokes that Peebee could give about a squadmate, let me know!

I think she's gonna give nicknames to everyone . Dunno why, I just do, maybe not everyone but I have a feeling she will have nicknames for people. Any ideas forming in peoples heads as to if she did, which names she might come up with? I'm actually loving the idea of her character  |

I think they said somewhere in the video that PeeBee's jokes are hit and miss, that doesn't sound like deadpan observations to me. I still hope she doesn't turn out to be too annoying. I'm really hoping she's not Sera in space. While I didn't mind Sera too much, imo she really wasn't very funny most of the time and I hope they have taken this character in a different direction.

I'm really looking forward to a jokester character, as long as they aren't too outlandish. I want a character like someone who jokes a lot in real life, not some cartoonish caricature. I did like the joke she said about Drack's armor though, so it's looking good so far,

Indeed, I don't hate her but I don't like her either (I am not indifferent, but I prefer more serious characters)...she reminds me of fucking Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter (a character I don't like either because I think she needs a therapist and someone to snap out of it (damned, stop blabbering on about animals that DO NOT EXIST!)) greetings LAX ps: I love a sassy character however and social conventions IMHO need challenging (doing shit that way because it's always been done that way leads to stagnation IMHO, so challenge the fucking status quo!) |

It'd be cool if ME got their own Varric, but ripping him wholesale wouldn't work. Too many people would complain that s/he'd be a reskin of Varric, so they would have to handle it very carefully to avoid that accusation. |
