I agree it looks boring compared to the N7 hoodie, but I'm glad we'll get one as an option. Would definitely like to see a full shot form all angles, and on Sara. It really bugs me how they almost never showcase DLC/exclusive clothes/armour on both protagonists  I'd like N7 outfits again as well. It's possible we might have one considering our father's an N7. I doubt we'll find out though until the game comes out. He may hav eacquired an N7 outfit as asouvenir fo rhis son/daughter Well, there is a strange amount of promotional material featuring the twins in N7 gear (despite them not being N7 and supposedly wanting to make them different than Shep), so who knows? I agree it would actually make sense considering Alec is N7. If we could have the option to wear our full armor on the ship that would give ppl even more options. You couldnt wear ur armor while in DAIs Skyhold and so that had to get modded in I desperately wanted that option in DA:I and I hope we get it in ME:A, too, just for more options. Apparently, your undersuit is one of the casual options - as in, without the armour pieces attached. See Sara in the gameplay video. I kinda just like hoodies in general. I understand what you're saying though. And that's fine. I like hoodies too irl. But like... if we're gonna have customization options, I'd rather have more things to mix and match my armors with than boring hoodies for walking around your ship. Most of the game, I assume, is going to be out exploring and completing missions. We're going to spend a lot of time on the ship and in hubs, so I don't see how it isn't important. We spent a lot of time at Skyhold in DA:I, and sure enough, one of the most heavily criticized things in the game was the casual attire and the fact that you couldn't wear anything else. I like the outfit. I'm not really a fan of the white/blue scheme on all the AI stuff, so I like that I'll have another option. And it looks like the kind of stuff I wear in real life. Almost my entire wardrobe is dark grey or black...  Also it looks more like a long sleeved tee with a cowl neck, rather than a hoodie? I'd really like to see the female version though - hope it's the same and not some dress or something.I desperately hope so too. But when it comes to a hoodie, I'm not too worried. Too bad there isn't a Cerberus pack that includes armor, Cerberus logo for the car and a poster of TIM to put in Ryder's cabin. For now, I will settle for the standard edition of the game. Well, there is always the Illusive Man's daughter  What is this obsession with hoodies in Mass Effect?? Hoodies can be sold in the Bioware store. Real armor can't. If they did, I would buy some instantly   |

Got to say that scavenger armor looks like something that was borrowed from Fallout. I really don't like it. Stylistically speaking I would have preferred an Elite Pathfinder armor to match with the weapons.
I'm calling it we are going to bring a couple of Pijaaks with us and they'll reproduce like rabbits leading to an infestation of them in Andromeda.

As good as they can sometimes look, I'm not too big a fan of predesigned outfits in games.
I would much prefer more diversity and modularity, allowing the player to design unique-looking casual outfits and armors by choosing each piece from a broad selection.
Although I also understand that this probably isn't much of a priority, options are always a good thing.

So yeah I was just wondering how you think our casual outfits will look in MEA? We have not seem much and after DAO and the pajamas I am kinda scared. Even ME 1 2 and 3 did not really offer the best in the way of casual outfits...

The undersuit, this hoodie, and some sort of normal pants+shirt outfit Sara wore in one of the briefings, but we could only see it from the back. That one is probably default, possibly the undersuit. Cut-scenes are pre-rendered film clips. So, unless the FB3 engine can dynamically superimpose the animation skeleton with a new skin and Bio wants to retain the illusion that Ryder can switch clothes... there will be no cut-scenes when our dear Pathfinder wears casual outer wear.

Hm...I'd like to see our UNIFORM (casual clothing on the ship, well I don't know about that...didn't like the hoodie in the last games, I preferred sticking with the uniform...the hoodie reminds me more of a couch potatoe than a soldier on duty)

Is it just me or does Scott's head in that picture look too big for his body? It looks like they used child's proportions. As far as the outfits go, there is also this  this  and this  The first and the second picture could be of the same outfit and it is possible that the third outfit is just a recolor of the first one. It would be nice to have that hoodie but I'm completely satisfied with the look of the non-deluxe casual outfits. |

Have been totally hooked on Fates lately... *cough* On topic: If the hoodie comes without trousers, I really hope we have another option than the white one with the loose belt/butt strap/whatever in the Sara screenshot. Why would they start doing a whole bunch of pre rendered cut-scenes? They've not used a lot of them before and when they did it was for things like space battles, not scenes involving a lot of characters. Only pre-rendered cut-scene including Shepard that I can think of is after Normandy is destroyed at the start of ME2. Ryder, just like Shepard, has customizable armor, a selection of casual clothes, and most importantly a customizable face. To do pre-rendered scenes they have to take all that away, pick an armor, hide the face. |

I wonder if there will be any dialogue about the pet pyjak like there was about the robotic dog in ME3 I'm betting there will be. I can just imagine what Drack has to say about the pyjack allowed to run around the ship. If it is. It may be confined to pathfinder's quarters. |

Also it looks more like a long sleeved tee with a cowl neck, rather than a hoodie? I'd really like to see the female version though - hope it's the same and not some dress or something.
