Why does my bathwater always end up so cloudy?

I usually just stick a Cryo Lancer on him, then headshot and Incinerate all the things. This works best at midrange, so I put a Cyclonic on him. Incinerate gets a damage boost from Cryo Ammo. Energy Drain will detonate Incinerate as long as the target has Shields, Barriers, or is a robot. Energy Drain also grants a damage reduction pseudo TechArmor effect if used on Shields/Barriers/robots(maybe? If you use it on an unshielded Geth do you get the damage reduction, I actually don't know.) I take 5/3 Decoy/Fitness and the Shock Decoy with Duration. Enemies seem to have trouble actually hitting it so a few hundred more shields doesn't help as much as distracting enemies for a longer portion of an escort mission or whatever.

He plays more like a Tech Soldier than an Engineer.
