I'm not convinced that EA have made a sterling job of making these things clear when it wasn't a very complex offering to start with.

Yes, the preorder bonuses apply to all three editions.

upgrade option will be logical but EA don't have same logic... I love boxed version of games so I wild like if I can buy boxed version of game (which is standard edition) and upgrade it to deluxe later via Origin...
