So with Mass Effect Andromeda right around the corner, my urge to play ME3:MP has slowly start to return. I was just about to pull out my PS3 version and play a few rounds, when I heard that there was now a mod that gives the PC version controller support. With the intriguing prospect of playing the so called best version of ME3 with my preferred type of control, I decided to give the PC version a try. After spending $5 to get the game and setting the controller support mod, I set down and played the so called best version of ME3. After playing those matches, I can see why the PC version is the best version. The game almost feels completely different. The PC version feels and plays so much smoother than the PS3 version. On top of that the PC version doesn't have to deal with the memory leak problem the PS3 version has. It's feel so weird to have the ability to fight against the collectors with out having to worry about the game freezing up. Have played the PC version, it really seems like BioWare fucked over the PS3 player base by not at least fixing the memory leak problem. So I'll say this once and only once. You PC master race people were right all along. Unfortunately, I will not be able to join you all in the PC version of Andromeda.

err.. xbox didn't have the memory leak problem, or at least nowhere near as bad as PS3.
That said, as a person who put 1000 hours in on xbox and moved to PC as well, the PC version is superior. Higher res, and mods (thanks Mgamerz & crew) easily make up for the game being a terrible port.

It's very disorientating switching between back and forth between PS3 & PC due to mostly to frame rate difference (and controllers). But I still like playing on both due to different player base & other BSNers to meet. When I play on PS3 & X-Box I try to avoid maps like Goddess due to very poor frame rate that really mess up with aiming single shot weapons in particular. And that sucks, because Goddess is one of my fave maps. So are Collectors for faction, but playing Collectors doesn't seem as bad on PS3 as I thought if played on a proper map.
However, besides higher frame rate, the other best thing about playing on PC is no aim assist. That thing in cancer.
Anyway, believe it or not, I'm going to fire up the PS3 for some seasons. Then the PC for evening finish.

Also, who doesn't want to soften up every target with a body shirt first? Headshots are for scrubs. I'll be keeping my aim assist, thanks!

Higher res, and mods (thanks Mgamerz & crew) easily make up for the game being a terrible port. I believe it's due to system memory being greater/larger on the 360. And OP, I don't think BW could do much with the PS3 hard freezing issues. Can't recall if it's system memory or VRAM, but it's a hardware limitation more-so than game coding.

Aim assist is total garbage because you have no control as to where you're aiming. Have a shot already lined up ready to save some teammate about to get stomped? Well guess what, aim assist says you have to aim for this other enemy doing nothing and it still misses him. What's that, still have some time before teammate gets stomped? Guess what, not it aimed for another enemy doing nothing and your teammate is now dead. Having the game randomly choose enemies for you and miss at the same time will never be cool.

I don't want to shoot a swarmer when a Marauder has me in their sights.

Swarmers are the least your worries with aim assist. It's whenever you have more then one regular enemy in front of you. You know the best order to take them out, but alas, it doesn't work that way. Works more like this;

...Also, who doesn't want to soften up every target with a body shirt first? Yeah, soften them up with a body shirt! I'm not fixing it. Autocorrect is exactly like aim assist. "Is this what you meant?"
