I saw that you can craft now in ME:A. What can you craft? Guns, Melee, armor? All 3? Can the same weapon look different through crafting and customization? Have they even shown anything about it? Thanks to whoever answers.

They actually haven't really gone into detail about the crafting yet, though I believe they said they will soon. I suspect by the end of the month they will go into it.

I believe the crafting system may be similar while different to DA:I...
We know guns can be crafted and named.
We know the armor will consist of at least: helmet, chest, legs and arms.
Believe so about melee: Developer quoted about crafting a hammer and naming it.
As to what we have seen.
That is very little so far.

Weapon mods might also be something you can craft. Maybe those ammo consumables as well.

Have you played DA:I? I'm assuming it's something similar to that. You create a piece (arm, torso, helm, legs) of armor, using resources. You can then upgrade each piece, which depending on resources, changes its looks and stat buffs.
