What I dislike about Hanzo is that he is so uneven and his kills often feel random and unfair. Yesterday I was by the bridge on Eichenwald, full health, then suddenly died. I could not see anyone, so I couldn't understand how. On the killcam you could see Hanzo standing behind the houses on the first point, firing at random and one-shotting me. That same game I had whittled the same Hanzo down to 4 hp (and I did this jumping like crazy to avoid the scatter - and I can tell you, aiming is pretty difficult on console without the jumping) but he still took all my health with one scatter.
I think they need to rework scatter so it actually does what its supposed to - kill wounded enemies hiding behind corners. When it can kill a fully-health Orisa you know something is wrong... Also, I think it's a bit of an insult to Widows that one of his abilities is basically a mini-version of her ultimate. I think they should give him something else, like a smoke grenade.

DuelistYou know, I've been so triggered by Hanzo and Roadhog these past few days, so that clip didn't really bother me (they were all fair kills at least). In fact, you may have inspired me to start maining Reaper now with the buffs incomming! It's time I revert to my true bunny-nature!

Seriously though even with his buffs, Reaper is still going to be situational although he might be godly on Control maps especially on defence.

You know, one thing that bother me a lot (especially as a Mercy-main) is that people will often accuse me of one-tricking and not being able to play anything but support, but whenever I go to quickplay to practice dps-character nobody picks healers - ever! Instead, they pick Hanzo and Widow on attack. How am I supposed to learn other characters when other people won't consider switching?

Hanzo mains are the worst. only after the widow mains For me, Hanzo, Widow and Genji are the Unholy Trio. They tend to make quickplay unplayable if you're not with a 4-6 man stack because randoms ALWAYS instalock them, no matter the teamcomp. Seriously, I would pay extra for a non-ranked gamemode where those three are disabled. It sometimes makes me so sick and tired having to always deal with those three on both teams.

You will lose most likely yes, but at least you'll practice the mechanics and cooldowns of those heroes. It's quickplay after all. I try to mix tryhard quickplay with practice quickplay so I get do a bit of everything. On the topic of nerfs, I actually think the game is decently balanced at least on PC, and only small tweaks are necessary. Not liking the hog nerf at all, at least on paper, but i like mccree and reaper buffs. Mercy needs a slight nerf imo, maybe making the health regen should start after 3 seconds instead of one as it does now, and/or a LOS check on rez.

If Mercy's ult is changed to LoS they would have to make the range a lot bigger, otherwise it would almost be impossible for her to pull of a good rez - most times when you rez you use your Guradian Angel to move yourself quickly into the frey, and if you have to spend a lot of time positioning yourself to be able to see all souls, while the enemy team is still there and there is a countdown until your teammates respawn... the range would have to be at least 5 times the size of what it is now. I already die sometimes because I'm trying to find the perfect spot to rez the most people!
She used to regen health after 3 seconds before, but they changed that because Mercy kept dying all the time - a dead Mercy can't heal and rez, and that's why she was so rarely used for a very long time. They might be able to up the number to 2 seconds instead, but anymore and she will become fairly difficult to use effectively (Lucio would be a better pick because he can heal himself while doing damage and speed-boost away from danger). I do think they should make it impossible for Mercy to ult from spawn, especially on Anubis and Gibraltar.
For those who complain about Mercy rezzing and undoing their beautiful PotG I always recommend Sombra - a Sombra that dedicates herself to hacking and EMP'ing Mercy all the time will see the rezzes more or less disappear. McCree is also a perfect counter - I don't know how many times I've rezzed only to hear the "It's High Noon" and see all the people I rezzed die again. Another trick if you have a Mei is to ask her to put a wall in front of the corpses - no wall, no Guardian Angel, no rez.

Personally I don't mind support mains so long as they can flex in the support role. I mean I'm a tank main whose best hero is Zarya but I can swap between the tanks depending on the circumstances.

I can play both Mercy and Lucio pretty competently, I really like Ana but as you can imagine on console she is a lot harder to master since the aiming is more difficult. I can play her if the team has a lot of big tanks or a second healer. If the healers are taken I'm usually most comfortable playing D.VA, Symmetra or Mei. Yesterday I was super annoyed with Hanzo as usual (he basically won a fight against me by scattering away all my health, my mech was destoyed, and then he one-shot me as I was flying out of it) so I took great pleasure in making sure I ate most of his ultimates....

As an aspring Orisa main that resonates so painfully. Her shield is curved in a way that Hanzo often one-shots her with a scatter from full health if he can get behind her. No other character in the game can do this outside ults. At least against Tracer I can fortify and live through a pulse bomb, scatter arrow seems so out of the blue. It's worse than being one-shotted by Widow as Pharah because she at least can cover large distances quickly with concussive blast and her jetpack. Orisa is a fat slow centaur.

I never played Roadhog much myself, but the little I did made me convinced he was broken - I have really shit aim and still managed to kill off a lot of people. My friend, who plays Roadhog quite a lot, says he feels fine now and just demands more skill to pull off the combo successfully. He also said he feels a bit more fun to play now. However, I do think they overdid McCree's ult a bit - it locks on a bit too fast, even when playing characters like Mei I sometimes don't have time to react to the voiceline. There's virtually no chance that you are able to kill the McCree before he fires his shots. I think the should increase the time to 0,5; it would then be in the middle between how it was (0,8) and what its now (0,2).

DuelistThen again, Reaper is Hog's counter so I think it makes sense that you shouldn't hook him unless he's very injured. It's the same way as when I'm playing D.VA and I think twice before engaging Zarya or Mei in close combat.
