Nah, characters in Andromeda will be submissive to Ryder. Just pick the right dialogue option and you will be ok. Although I'd love to be wrong. Again, what's the difference from the trilogy, or dragon age games? You're talking like this this is something new made expecially for Ryder. Plus, they already confirmed some LI won't like that, while others will be fine, so you're already wrong on that. |

If you really want people to flip out how about if you cheat or break up with a companion you find that person banging someone else. Personally, I'd laugh my ass off...as I did with Three to Tango. But these forums would melt down...and Bio does't have the fortitude. Fenris already did that. I suggested this in the jealousy thread. I think cheating Ryders should have that happen. Can't have your cake and eat it too anymore! |

the love interest stories fold out like the "Three to tango" quest in the witcher 3? I.e. you chat up multiple love interests, and tell all of 'm you love them. However, since they also talk to each other, they realise they're being duped, and they all dump you for the pig you are. Personally, It'd be frustrating, but also, it would be a lot more realistic in the end. Thoughts? ...uhm, I hope they do take the Jade Empire approach to this. Nuff said |

I don't disagree with your opinion (and they did say it should be improved in MEA, so we'll see), and it might be something to criticize about the game, but it doesn't make characters more submissive then the previous ones. Their situation is the same, it's the game that might suffer more from it. |

Haha, my brother hit up both Triss and Yennifer in Witcher 3, and he was kinda pissed off by the ending. I knew ahead of time myself about the outcome and so avoided that. I failed to tip him off.  Honestly, I'm mixed on whether or not they should do this. Seems to me some LIs would be pissed, but others would be okay with it. |

Most Bioware games I can remember have some kind of menage-a-trois confrontation between you and both LI's that you're stringing along. One way or the other, you leave that showdown unable to proceed with both. Most times, yes. But not always.... Kinda creepy when you realize Dawn Star and Silk Fox are cousins |

It might have been a bug or when Fenris dumps you, it ends the relationship until you choose to continue later, but sometimes it's bad timing and this is what's said: Isabela: That night...I can't stop thinking about it. Fenris: Well, then I'll see you later. Isabela: That was direct. Fenris: I thought I'd get straight to the point. Were you expecting flowers or something? Isabela: Don't be absurd. Fenris: Then I'll see you tonight. |

I'm picturing a scene like with Miranda and Jack or Tali and Legion, where Kallo warns you there's fighting on the Tempest, and you walk in on 2 LI's that you were playing around with behind the others back, and they just found out they have both been sleeping with you  |

Depends on the characters and whether or not it's in character for them to get angry. It also depends on the nature of the relationship between Ryder and those characters.
I'd rather characters remained in character however, even if that means Ryder gets dumped, than to have characters act OOC just to give the player character more than one LI. Story & characterization should always trump fan service.

I still think it sucks that when relationship building is a "feature" that there is never any "let's break up" dialogue consistently for all characters IIRC. I don't think every character in DA:I let you break up after the romance but I could be wrong. |
