Being a card-carrying member of the ME3MP Platinum Solo Hall of Fame, I figure some of you might enjoy this, even though it's Mass Effect Andromeda related.

Soloing Platinum in ME:A is hard, but I ultimately developed a strategy on one of the maps (Sandstorm) that makes it similar to those developed for Firebases Giant and White in ME3MP. Since I'm on Xbox One, I can't mod the objectives, so there's lot of trial and error getting RNG to cooperate.

Anyone still playing MEA?No offence,i am really curious?

1 year game vs 6.

Everybody knows my opinion about MEA and i don't think that game can be compared to ME3 MP.For example if you are used to drive mercedes and the next model of the brand looks and performs like a seat(nothing personally against that brand),that's the way i feel about ME3 MP and MEA.

I have only 1 friend who is still playing MEA from total 80 friends.We are talking for a game which was released march 2017.When ME3 was a 1 year game everybody was playing ME3MP.You can imagine what will be when MEA turns 6 years.

These are my personal observations:

From my original ME3MP friends list, there’s only one person that’s still playing ME3MP on a consistent basis. A number of people on my FL got Andromeda, but they didn’t stay long enough to start grinding towards a maxed manifest. So, I found a new group of friends who are playing MEA. Many of these played ME3MP too, but we never encountered each other years ago. We’re having fun running our Golds, Platinums, Daily Challenges, and even the Bronze APEX missions.

As for soloing, the ME3MP community wins hands down. I find it neat to see so many new Platinum solo runs being completed every week, judging from the posts on this forum. By contrast, there appears to be less than a dozen people in the world who have even soloed using a non-stealth class. I am arguably the first person to have done Platinum (and probably Gold too) solos using every character class, so the Platinum solo club is very lonely at the moment.

I may do some themed duos in the future. Some of the classes have good synergy with each other, which could lead to some amusing and exciting gameplay.

I won't argue that the MEA forum has become somewhat of a ghost town today (the MECoOp subreddit isn't all that active either). I personally feel that if the game had launched as it's balanced today, there would be more people playing and soloing.

Tried the saber before, and yes it s loud and has a good feeling, but even carniflex has more DPS i would bet.
Raider more all. Still, phantoms have a way to ignore raider while they suck acolyte
that was intense and fun, got some nice session of goon beheading w9 and 7, but it s combo i almost cant handle without training
