I think it should be M4 Part 2 again. Just like the Jason Bourne movies, keep the same end credits music. It's pretty iconic and epic regarding Mass Effect.

What does that have to do with music?

Because it influences what kind of music you want in the credits. Do you want your audience to stir in reflection? Or maybe have something more upbeat to contrast a downer ending? Something heroic to complement an awesome ending?

Anyway, a mix from the OST itself is always a good choice.

That's good and all if you were being paid to choreograph a proper soundtrack to an adventure and not partaking in a "hey, choose a song and we'll throw it in because that'd be awesome" kind of thing that this thread is.

I was going to suggest this one as well. It was used in the ending of Starship Troopers Invasion. EDIT: That was in the description, sorry.
As it is, Boom Boom Satellites has a lot of good songs.

A lot. Any good music supervisor from films or gaming will tell you that music really should fit the mood of the story or the action. You don't want some pounding hard rock piece with a lot of 'oorah' if the the game just ended with the death of a major character and the fate of all the others in the balance! I mean you could do that but it would kill the vibe.
