We saw in one of the Trailer a Kind of probe mining.
My question is: "Can the mining probe work at every place or do we have to Research modifications for it?"
Like:
- High gravity update
- extreme atmosphere (hot, cold, pressure, acid) upgrade
- maybe a laser fence to Keep animals away from the mining probe

That is one very specific query!
I suspect any upgrades to probes will just be about increasing the quantity of resources they gather or the speed at which they gather them, as opposed to adapting to different environments.
I'm thinking along the lines of the perk you could get in DAI to allow you to gather more herbs, etc, or the way you could upgrade the planet scanning equipment in ME2.

I want to be able to fire probes at planets from orbit and deplete their resources and leave the native inhabitants with nothing. Mass effect 2 was so great.

The poor inhabitants. The poor planet. Who knows what we did to the environment? It got the the point that as soon as a planet stated "Poor" I'd leave it. If it started out as poor, I might launch one probe then leave and hope that one probe didn't deplete it.

You're right to feel guilty, it was wrong of them to make us do that to the inhabitants of those planets. It's just not right. I mean, how would we feel if aliens came and fired probes at earth and took all of our natural resources until our status was "depleted"?
