I have all Dragon Age Games in the german language vision and the 3 mass effect games, too! I preordered mass effect Andromeda and if I am not wrong it is the german Vision, too.
From my point of view, I can confirm the german language vision.

I think it's going to be the usual set of languages normal for your region. E.g. France & Germany are goign to have full localizations + an option to use the original English.
Russia(+CIS) and Poland are screwed with their restrictions (again).

is it known if we can change the voice and subtitles languages separatedly, for example french voices and german subtitles
