my guy, from mage to arcane warrior/blood mage

Alona Tabris. She was a warrior who mostly used daggers for some reason, if I remember correctly. Romanced Leliana and survived.

A rather "spur of the moment" screenshot, so it isn't very clear. I normally don't take the opportunity to screenshot a cutscene my player character is in, so this is the best I have. lol




I went with a more slender female dwarf design because I wanted a Dwarf Noble who seems like she couldn't be respected in the harsh world of nobles. Being thick and large was a symbol of good fortune among some cultures, and I assume the dwarfs are the same. So in comes this thin little dwarf who barely looks like a dwarf at all, and you get someone who had to put in the extra effort as an heir of Aeducan (and a woman no less) to get proper treatment.

I had the face shrunk down as much as possible to create the desired effect. Everything had to be small; her eyes, her nose, her lips. The "size" sliders were shifted to gain the effect. As for her body, I had the good fortune of getting the XT Light Armor slender mod for dwarfs, and the Improved Atmosphere mod also made the Felon's Coat look a lot thinner on dwarfs as well, to my luck. I also installed the Natural Bodies mod, as well as "Pretty Dwarf Female" (part of the "Realistic Look" mod) to make sure she's slender without armor as well... if you know what I mean.

She might not be respected much among dwarfs for her size, but at least Alistair gets to pork with a thin and sexy dwarf instead of a large one.

Oh yeah, and I took extra effort to made sure she's tanned. I find tanned bodies extra sexy. I had trouble doing that at first because the lighting (particularly under the sun) always made my Warden looked paler than I had wanted.

She looks great!  Still dwarfy but significantly different from all the other faces walking round Orzammar.

Do you mean the chestpiece? That's not the Black Fox Jerkin... AFAIA. That is the Felon's Coat, with a different skin provided by the Improved Atmosphere mod.

Pretty sure the armor is based on Robe of the Notorious Pirate/Guardian of Enasalin/probably a few others , not the Black Fox Jerkin.
I'm pretty sure tmp7704 made the skin change for the Felons Coat which is used in Improved Atmosphere.   ( social.bioware.com/project/4748/#details )
But you can also get the Black Fox Jerkin for all the female races + elf males via Loincloth fashion. ( www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/3914/? )

Here is Paetal Ainsley - a Human Commoner (Human Commoner Origin - Revived mod). She's about a 3 on the Chantry scale, with Alistair a 1 and Leliana a 10. She's tough and practical but diplomatic (commoners kind of have to be if they don't want a lot of trouble). She willingly agreed to go with Duncan after corrupted animals and other things attacked her family's farm.
