I don't remember Witcher 3 doing any full frontal. Breasts and butts were pretty much it. Which is pretty much like DA:I. Though, one key difference may be that Witcher 3 didn't shy away from showing the actual act of sex, or rather the character experiencing pleasure. DA:I stuck to the nudity before or after, not during.

That, and you could see a quick glimpse of a vagina, at least Yen's :hue:

It's good that even the sex scenes got Bioware's attention, they're really well-done and better than 99% ones found in DA and ME.
