I hope they go all out, not because I want Mass Effect Porn (not that I don't want that! I'd love to watch that if someone made some (with good animations and not stilted crappy looking ones)), with genitalia and all - why? Because this demonizing of sex and nakedness pisses me the fuck off! Being naked is fucking natural, you don't drop into this world showered, styled and freshly clothed after all - you "drop out" of your mother wet, smelly and: NAKED! Same for sex, it's damned natural and we wouldn't be here without fucking sex! Those damned attitudes toward sex etc. are WRONG, just like it was wrong to prosecute gays (in Germany gays faced prison till the 60's or 70's damned (I don't remember the exact year)) Also: It's a game for adults and even if it were not: Sex is natural, hiding it is wrong (note: Sure you should not fuck in front of kids, but deliberately hiding it is equally wrong IMHO!) greetings LAX It is ironic, that actual adults (and not kids in their early 20's) are probably least interested in games raw sex footage in the context of very poorly written and blunt romances. One day you will understand Thx for making me a DECADE younger (then again: I probably am in my early twenties when it comes to my mental state and I don't want to lose that, I don't want to become as dour and austere as my parents are (sorry, but I'd rather see the world through kid glasses forever than take anything extremely serious and lose the will to live!) Also: They aren't so poorly writen and blunt IMHO (sure: They could be way way better, but then again: The romances are a side-dish, something to make the game better but by no means essential ) greetings LAX

First and foremost with age comes experience which result in a more weighted and correct judgments, views and opinions on things and situations. Some day you understand

Some day you understand Partly I does IMHO - I mean look at people who are artists etc. most of them aren't especially serious (as that hampers creativity...I've recently read an artical by a brain scientist (damned, don't remember the english word for that...will look it up, hate it when I don't know a word in my favourite foreign language) that says 98% of kids are free thinking, higly talented and creative when they enter school and only 2% are when they leave school! So live, school, work etc. is kind of harmful to us IMHO - at least if we let! If we let people mold us, instead of breaking the mold and remain ourselves, then we lose who we are, so yeah: Life and our take on life has a lot to do with our state of mind (you can still be experienced, but you don't have to always be the one who argues in favor of caution instead of, you know: FUN!)) greetings LAX ps: I'll look for that article now, I want to read it again - I'd recommend you read it, too but it's in German and I doubt you speak German (note: I mean no offense, but most English-Native-Speakers do NOT speak a foreign language sadly!)

I think I know what study you referring to, so don't bother looking it up. But we were not talking about creativity of a blank state of a mind, but about all mature people supposedly turning into grognards, which isn't true. The problem with a blank state of a mind is that you have no ground or ability to relate to make a proper judgment or decision in a context of your surroundings or situation, making choice essentially a random thing based on a momentary whim. But with age coming experience, both personal and otherwise, which allows for more points of relations to certain things and ultimately in a more refined decision making process, based on more variable than there could possibly be in younger age. Now please remember that I speaking about age in general. I am perfectly aware that there are some younger ppl who have lived through a lot and some older who basically had their life cut out for them. But contrary to popular opinion among younger generation, getting older and more experienced =/= getting more austere, boring and grognard-like. While some experience does weight some ppl down, there are a lot who still can have fun and be goofy, with the exception of being better to determine where goofyness being actually appropriate and does not feel out of place. Anyhow, this all is generational thing, and I am sure there are better works and explanations out there than I can do on this forum. I also don't want to participate in a usually inevitable discussion with some pissed off 20 y.o. kids trying to prove me wrong. So lets stop at this.

Again, I am not 20 ^^ (actually I turned 30 last year, so officially I am kind of "old" ^^) Yeah, maybe not by itself (unless you've had some really bad shit happen to you!), but our system (school, college/university and/or work) tend to make people like that The most fun loving and goofy guys I know are people who've had a less than normal way of life Well, of course we can "stop at this" greetings LAX
