The pellar has all the regular and greater schematics. I cleaned him out after visiting the last time, after dealing with his dead father. I'm not sure if his store is available before that quest? This time around I've been looting everything not nailed down or protected by a guard.

I gotta say I'm fairly impressed with the Witcher 3. I had watched a couple of let's play videos when it got released and I thought it looked ok, probably a good game. But playing it now...there's a couple of issues like the numerous SameFace npcs, and Iorveth and Blackwall voice are doing half of the male npcs voices but the game feels huge and I barely stepped a foot on Skellige before restarting. Sometimes I'm wondering how the devs managed to create so much content.

So started by clearing a few outstanding Witcher Contracts and tracking some Gwent players down one of which took me to Oreton where I caught up with Milly again and she gave Geralt a drawing. Killed The White Lady but she hung around afterwards Killed a Leshen I think it was for this guy Then off to The Peller to continue the Bloody Barons saga, rescued Princess the Goat and then found out about the Bloody Barons dead child. Did the ritual then ran all over the place finding out about Anna and Tamara. Did some Cosplay as Ciri and killed a Griffin and won a horse race. Met Uma and headed to Crookback Bog to fight the Hags, Tamara was there with her Eternal Fire friends. Anna was taken by the Red Baron to The Blue mountains. Various Red Baron Quest

More appear if you read board notices so some may be gone but they got replaced by new ones. I was looking at my map earlier thinking, man, there sure aren't many ?'s on there. Then I read some notices and a bunch more popped up!
Edit: Even Roach wanted to know what was going on!
I did not know that, thanks that makes sense. Well Roach is the brains of the duo, so he needs to know what's going on. "Why are you telling me this? I can read and draw my own conclusions." - Roach

I was getting kinda bored, which tends to happen when I play on NG+, I watched a YouTube video discussing different builds. Rocking a stamina and potions build with the Metamorphosis mutagen, and its fun, who doesn't like unlimited stamina? Feeling like I'm just scratching the surface with it. I'm a hoarder so I practically needed an intervention when it came time to clean out my decoction inventory. I destroyed all but 8 or 9 or them, probably could remove a couple more, but I thought I did good just to get it down to that amount. Here is the basic idea of my setup, Metamorphosis triggers up to five random decoctions when critical effects are applied to opponents. Delayed Recovery is an Alchemy skill that maintains potion effects as long as your toxicity stays above I think 55%. If Adrenaline is maxed (all 3 bars), and the Superior Blizzard potion effects are active, stamina is not depleted. One of the things I like about NG+ is that when you find a decent looking chest piece, you can match Witcher armor pieces to it to really improve the look. Here I've got the Thyssen armor with pink Griffin armor pieces with it. This is the Ard Skellig aketon with green Cat School gear.

I goofed and did the Crones' quest too early. I didn't realize talking to the ealdermon after killing the tree spirit would teleport me back to the swamp to hear their tale of trying to cook Ciri. So now I have to hope I can talk to the baron again and beat him at gwent (no progress on my deck today) before I have to tell him about Anna. I think you can find the Dijkstra card in the Baron's room if you missed playing him for it. The pellar has all the regular and greater schematics. I cleaned him out after visiting the last time, after dealing with his dead father. I'm not sure if his store is available before that quest? Also, the Runewright has all glyph and rune schematics after you hand over your life savings and do one quest for him. For NG+ he is basically one stop shop. Although, if you already killed the tree spirit, maybe they won't? I believe you still have to go talk to the Alderman. Nice! And thanks to your map, I can see where Claywich is! Pointless now since I already visited the barber in Oxenfurt. Well if you are collecting all the Gwent cards you'll need to know where Claywich is eventually! I always have trouble finding it as well, for some reason I thought it was a lot closer to Crow's Perch. I am not sure what I am doing but about 1 in 20 fights Geralt insists on just using his fists and I can't even manually draw his sword, have to just use powers. I just finished a Matter of Life and Death, when surrounded by Witch Hunters, Igni is all you need!

Helped the Pellar at Fyke Isle, didn't go well damn Witch Hunters interrupted things. Then helped the Pellar get rid of the spirit of his father and then did all the Boxing matches in Velen including sitting the Sargeant on his arse. Then off to Novigrad to meet with Triss. I used the Simulated TW2 save but it never asks anything about your romance in TW2, does it assume you romanced Triss? I said I saved her instead of Anais but that was it except for the Letho question. Not sure I like the new look for Triss, I kept swapping it in and out but I do know I hate the hood on both outfits. The only MODS I could find that give Triss outfits with no hood didn't seem to work as they have not been upgraded to NG or are clashing with something else. Helped Triss with her Rat mission, killed some more Witch Hunters. Did the quest with Corinne Tilly and found out Ciri had met with Dandelion and told Sara the Godling to stay in the house. Had a fist fight with someone I happened by, bumped into Vimmi Vivaldi and swapped some Florens for Crowns. Stopped in and saw Hattori and had a Dumpling, agreed to help him. Pic's

I think one of the persons in distress I came across was the merchant from Claywich who has a card to part with, so I need to go back and see him. I also rescued the Claywich blacksmith. Not a very safe place to live!!

Yeah, the merchant is the guy you need, after rescue he sets up shop in Claywich. You'll know he's the right one if he sells cards, he's got one of the Crinfrid Reavers.

Oof. Jenny o’ the Woods on Death March when you are one level below recommended is not fun.
Thankfully I had a few ability points up my sleeve and was able to boost Yrden and get Magic Trap. After that, it was just a matter of patience. But she took my 100% silver blade down to 85% all by herself.
Also completed the Merry Widow in Lindenvale and freed Anna Strenger from the Crones. The Baron is taking her across the Blue Mountains to find help for her broken mind.
It’s amusing; I obviously played the vast bulk of the Game of the Year version (which morphed into the remastered ‘Complete Edition’ ) using the standalone files, rather than GoG Galaxy, because I am suddenly getting achievements for ‘meeting Yennefer’ and ‘completing the Keira Metz subplot’. Reasonably sure I did that, already, and certainly have them in the base game version on GoG Galaxy, but hey - 2015 was a long time ago.

I am really impressed you are playing on Death March, after three PT's I tried it and never got past White orchard. It's funny in shooters I can play on the highest levels but fantasy game I just am not good enough.

Played a small amount of time yesterday, basically started the quest for finding Dandelion, met Zoltan, interviewed all his female contacts and set up a second sword fighting lesson with Rosa Var Attre.
Was so excited to get to Novigrad but man is it overwhelming, haven't dared go to most of the notice boards.

It's funny in shooters I can play on the highest levels but fantasy game I just am not good enough. Don’t be too impressed. I am dying a lot. And when I’m not dying, I am cheesing my way through Velen running desperately low on raw meat and raspberries. I’d say one fight in ten I am behaving in a manner as befits a Witcher. One in ten, maybe. I just hope that the update remembers I started this PT on DM under the old version. If I reach the end and don’t get the achievement for it I may actually cry. And to reciprocate - the notion of playing ME (any) on Insanity fills me with a dread I do not properly know how to articulate, so I guess we’re equally impressive to each other!

I am in a similar boat. Originally played the game via Steam and have all but maybe 6 or 7 achievements there. Now I'm playing via GOG and getting all the plot ones again.
Are you playing the Next Gen version if so I think all the achievements reset.
Oh, I hope not.
I am really impressed you are playing on Death March, after three PT's I tried it and never got past White orchard. It's funny in shooters I can play on the highest levels but fantasy game I just am not good enough.
I did the bare minimum for Death March using NG++. Toughest fight was Imlerith. I changed the difficulty back to easy mode after finishing the main game. No way was I playing the DLCs that way!
the quest for finding Dandelion
Ugh.....probably one of the reasons I'm dawdlng so long in Velen. Dandelion quest is my least favorite for the main story.

I've only added 4 since starting the remaster, so I think it is just because I was playing it 'offline' in my previous PTs.

So took a break from The Dandelion stuff at the point of going to the Bath House to see Sigi. Instead headed North to clear question marks and in the process discovered a cheese maze and got a new sword The Emmantaler, did the haunted mansion for Kurt Dysart having picked that up earlier, that Golem's a tough fight even when you are taking little damage due to God Mode. Speaking of which I fought the Captain of the guard in Novigrad's Fist Fights and it glitched bad. Twice restarted but the same thing kept happening, he kept going outside the ring where Geralt couldn't hit him. Had to wait in just the right position for him to come just back in the ring and wait for him to start punching then rinse and repeat. Very frustrating post as every punch was doing minimal damage. Oh did the Vegulbud race quest but refused to race the General. Quite a few other quests with random beasts, Bandits, a crypt full of Wraiths but cleared nearly all the Northern "?" Zoltan and Poppy Fist Fights of Novigrad Shut this Braggart up Should have been a DQ, the crowd should have been throwing fruit for this fight - Geralt thought he was fighting Brave Ser Robin. Priscilla Geralt and Zoltan enjoying the performance A hunting trophy

Make sure you have the mod slider for fist fights set correctly. I have all damage types set to 1 (normal) but I upped fist fights to 2 for double damage. If they are at 0 that means you do no damage.

Well from your posts I'm guessing you started from level 1? So kudos on that. I've done that once before, and I focused on the main quests for a long while, to level up faster, as most XP is earned through the main quest line. Its funny, when I started it I though, "I'll just turtle behind Quen, how hard can it be!" And then once you realize how little damage you deal, forget Quen, burn them all with Igni!

Wow got a fair bit done non-story wise. Went to every board around Novigrad and Oxenfort and made "?" marks pop and picked up some quests. Cleared every current "?" and did some Secondary quests and Witcher Contracts, most that I have now are DLC related or in Skellige or Novigrad itself. Can't decide whether to do the horse racing quests, have done all the Gwent people I can find but am still short of two cards of five for High Stakes Gwent and as I don't usually play it have no idea where to go or who the people are. Is there a MOD for that, will have a look but I am assuming one must be in Skellige at least. Will clear the three Novigrad side quests to start off with today and then pick Dandelion's quest up from the point of talking to Prescilla. Pic's Have been having a few strange Physics glitches lately, this thing kept bouncing around and even doing a bit of flying after I killed it. Solved this guys Bee killing problem. Got fleeced by these guys, made them give me everything they had including there clothes. Had a shave Met my favourite Troll Random Monster encounter
