Warning: Serious post incoming.
Hanar as a MP kit would be welcome; provided that said kit was actually a straight faced attempt at realizing a member of that species being represented in a combat scenario and not just a lousy excuse to extend the stupid Blasto meme into Andromeda.
Support Class? Medic Class? Yes please.
Dual wielding cheap Dirty Harry joke? No thanks.

You know? I'm replaying Mass Effect trilogy and I just had a conversation with Thane about the hanars. He says they can't hold a weapon or defend theirselves because... Well... They are just jelly lmao They might be quick in water but that's all lol So I think its pretty unlikely to see hanars for MP ALTHOUGH I would love to.

I don't recall Thane ever saying anything like that; though it wouldn't surprise me that we have lore contradictions here and there. To counter that point, you have mentions in the codex how Hanar limbs are exceedingly dexterous and capable of fine manipulation; though not individually strong it does mention that they have a strong grip. In ME 2 you have resident space badass Zaeed mentioning how he was almost strangled to death by a Hanar. Plus Than himself even mentions how he was trained by the Hanar in the art of assassination so they must have some means of defending themselves. I would say that the Hanar are more akin to a squid or octopus than a jellyfish; despite what the low brow characters of the setting say; and who's to say that they haven't created tools and weapons of their own (designed with Hanar ergonomics in mind) that a human like Shepard would find near impossible to use?

Maybe the guns Blasto got out were fake prop guns that were lightweight

I never really got that, and then we see Blasto with guns in ME3. Here's the thing. Drells had a massive population. Hanars could save a few. Hanars are useless as hell so they mostly trained other species, especially the drells they saved before to fight for them. Thane is an expert as an assasin thanks to a huge jellyfish. The badass Blasto with a gun is an actor and I loved that part lol Thanks, Bioware.

Give me a Hanar with a Claymore casting Area Reave and tossing Lift Grenades with GC5, riding an Elcor with a mounted Thanix Cannon, and I will preorder this damned game.
