I'd literally love a Blackwall esque storyline for Gil, because at least its a story line. But enough with my fantasies, i'll cherish the four unique lines of dialogue and 12 second fade to black cut scene we're gifted with. I am encouraged by the fact that they got a (relatively) high profile actor for him. Will they manage to make him seem as involved as the Squaddies, however? HMM. DA:I got friggin Gwendoline Christie (Brienne) and she voiced... this thing:

DA:I got friggin Gwendoline Christie (Brienne) and she voiced... this thing: ...Hva? THAT'S who she voiced? I'd heard she'd been cast before playing and didn't manage to identify her throughout the entire game, obviously assuming she'd have a fairly significant role. Why the hell would they bother getting her for that? Hu-mans are weird.

DA:I got friggin Gwendoline Christie (Brienne) and she voiced... this thing: <snip> This thing was pretty dope tho! One of the more memorable quest NPCs! But it's pretty disappointing, because people speculated (before DA:I release) that she's the voice of Calpernia. That would be dope.

So I'm assuming Gil is short for Gilbert... Which is probably why he goes by Gil. Or maybe we can call him Gillie.

Well, maybe we can narrow it down. We know Courtney Woods wrote both Reyes and Dr. Lexi. Sheryl Chee wrote both Vetra and Suvi. Jo Berry wrote Cora and Kallo Jath. Lukas Kristjanson wrote Liam. Cathleen Rootsaert wrote Jaal. Neil Pollner wrote Peebee. Maybe it's one of those three?

Can we get some verification that he's the gay romance and a picture of him please? (sorry I love bad jokes...it's a weakness)

I like a lot of questionable anthromorphic content (plznojudge) but turtles don't do anything for me hahAHAHAHHAHA. Drack though, yeah I would juggle his marbles. Juggle them all day long, no worries! I don't think I want Gil as a pet because Gilbert died pretty early in his life (when he was around 15??) and I'm pretty sure it was because our family had no FREAKING IDEA how you are supposed to feed a turtle. So I don't want to accidentally kill Gil please

He might be a Gilbert. But Bioware comes up with some odd names. He might be a Gilderoy or a Giles or Gilespie or Gilead.

I just gave him a bath and picked some weeds from outside for him to eat!!!! But honestly he had a pretty good life despite us not taking better care of him WELL MY PARENTS NOT TAKING BETTER CARE OF HIM!!!!! not me don't judge me I'm just an innocent bystander!!! He got to walk around the house freely, he used to chase our acts like a mad man, boy was he fast. We also took him outside regularly during summers. He was a good boy that deserved better ;;

Sign me off. Brodie (I like Brodie) sounds like a strong independent man who can manage to bring his spoon (and other things) to his mouth with skill and... poise. So not to worry!

He might be a Gilderoy or a Giles or Gilespie or Gilead. Hmm. Yes, I had forgotten BW's propensity for eyebrow-raising names. Still, as rare as Gilbert is, it's probably the most common out of all of those except Giles, which isn't normally shortened to Gil (with a soft G) because that would be short for Gillian
