Some believe that character is going to be a paid DLC squadmate. We're heading to a new galaxy. Have a sizable squad. Yet only get one sidekick from a foreign alien race. Bio are buncha sissies sometimes. |

Which was semi-officially denied already, though... ...still, other then hair, I don't really see her being "that" either, yet. I mean, she seams to have a shapely body, be able to do more then #slacktivism and definitely has a working libido, so.  Still, my money is on Vetra... a Krogan and a Turian pretty much always have been the default for me. |

And I believe my response was something along the lines of NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! To be quite honest, I think I'd want another race to be a squadmate. We already have a salarian pilot and the squad is already packed full with council races. A batarian, as an example, would have been bold and interesting I think. |

Yeah, that would actually be nice. If they were REALLY being bold, they'd have left off asari, krogan, and/or turian since we've had all three in every game. I'd rather see a batarian and another salarian than any of those three. Also volus. Always volus. The only problem with a volus is that they are not a viable romance option. The council races are all easy because they are at least similar to humans. I can understand BioWare wanting to provide familiarity since we are jumping galaxies. I think there would have likely been a huge uproar if most of the squad wasn't comprised of familiar races. |

I reread Vetra's character profile.
She sounds like the best bodyguard among your crew. Tank who carries an assault rifle.
Drack is Krogan and aggressively runs off to do his own thing as seen in the gameplay footage.
I think the safest way to play the game is to camp out as an infiltrator with Vetra as your bodyguard. Drack holds the line.
