Well this has been an interesting week. We have gone from two review sources complaining about bugs to it going gold in a single day.  I mean don't get me wrong I am super excited about it but I was actually kind of expecting a week or so later to maybe iron out those last minute bugs. (yes I know there will probably be a day 1 patch but still). The press version of the game was not the same up to date version as the devs had so it's likely we won't see many of the problems that they had as they were fixed in a later version. This. I'm not sure which one said this, but the press played an older build, and since that build existed, 5000 bugs were squashed since then. That and they can still iron things out and release a day 1 patch. Which is what they're doing. |

I think at worst, it'll be as buggy as DA:I, which had some pretty bad bugs, but the game was still very playable on release.

Doesn't mean the game won't launch a hot mess Assassin's Creed Unity-style, but there's a chance it will be totally fine. Frankly, it's better than back in the days when patches could take MONTHS/weeks after release. |

Huzzah! I'm not worried about bugs really, just that the game 'feels' like Mass Effect, the exploration is fun and meaningful and things feel tight. Not just DA:I in space.
Also interesting side-quests and hopefully Ryder will feel heroic!

I can't really explain why but I am getting emotional as hell listening to Uncharted Worlds. I just think it finally hit me. Its really happening. We are getting another Mass Effect game. We are getting another BioWare game. I can't speak for anyone else but these games mean so much to me personally that I just am so happy we are getting another crack at the universe. And the game looks really, really awesome to. I cannot wait for the 21st.
