Just be glad we don't use the old tape spindles anymore... I Found out that there is supposed to be a physical disk version of the game for PC -at least according to someone from Bioware. Just need to order standard edition NOT the digital standard edition. IF that turns out against me oh well. Not much I can do. I just spend much of March, April and May downloading the game. Bear in mind, even a physical disk version of the game for PC will only contain 5-10% of the game (so not much more than an installer). Because 55 GB won't fit on a DVD, it just won't. The days of shipping 8 disks (or >40,000 floppy disks) are gone. I was meaning the multi disks why are they gone? I got ME2 and ME3 with the dual disks -which I imagine were dual layer DVD's at an install of 20GB. Is it because so many people have such high-speed connections and digital transition? Well it is a shame. Still I will take what the person from Bioware told me in hope... if not then ME:A will be the last EA title I ever play -downloading a video game be it Uplay, Steam or Origin just uses to much of my bandwidth. Here is one example that I tried back in November: The Crew which was 20GB at the time. Took me till Januarary 25th to download and then it was not even worth it.

Costs are the biggest factor, I think if there was a push to make sure people had Blu-Ray drives in their PCs it might be different, but right now from my experiences most people are still just using DVD drives. So that increases the cost from having only one disk to have four to five, even possibly six disks.
