What about Thane fighting ''space ninja'? Almost every scene with him had something memorable in it, from the badass interrogation in M2 right up till his final one. They were all handled pretty great.

Hehe, yeah my canon Shep was sole survivor, so the ME3 scene felt like an epic rite of passage for that Shep.. it was glorious.

I was pretty much sick of thresher maws by ME3, but Kalros was great and the best way for the species to exit the series. We hit peak thresher maw with her and I don't think that peformance can be topped, so we should just leave it at that.

Oh god no. I hated those fucking things. Fighting them on the mako was bad enough, now the nomad doesn't even have any guns..

Who says you have to fight them in the Mako/Nomad? The thresher in ME2 during Grunt's rite of passage and Kalros in ME3 were epic.

Na, because of cutscene stupidity - in truth Thane could have blasted Kai "I am such a badass, I carry a sword in a gun fight" Leng, but the writers didn't allow it and in the end Thane died (sure he was already dying but I still didn't much like that scene! Mordin's death was handled way better!)

I mean If the encounters with thresher maws in Andromeda are anything like Kalros or Grunt's loyalty mission then that's totally cool.

What I hated in ME1 when you were driving on a planet and came upon a large, flat landscape you just knew in a second a thresher maw would spawn under you and send you flying 100 meters into the air. They weren't hard to kill or anything but with the clunky mechanics of the Mako it was really something.
