NOTE: This is strictly opinion based and centers around the moments I've played. They are judged primarily by how I felt seeing these moments again and again. The moment that I felt has the strongest impact on me no matter how many times I've played it is the one that comes out on top.

Yep, so is the entire Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC! This thread might be better titled "top 10 favorite MISSIONS". Um, no. In this list, I had specific moments I loved from the original trilogy. It was really hard for me to pick just one moment from Lair of the Shadow Broker or Citadel, so I just decided to include the whole thing. |

1. "The Best" scene at the end of the Citadel DLC.
2. Views of Earth - a. Right at the beginning of ME1; b. from the moon during the Luna mission; and c. "best seats in the house"
3. Conversation with Anderson that follows the "best seats" line
4. First look at the Normandy SR-2
5. Grunt appearing after fighting the rachni in ME3
6. Taking the altercation with Mordin regarding curing the genophage to the point of drawing the gun... but not using the interrupt to shoot him, then Shepard throwing away the Carnifex in disgust.
7. Tali saying "It is beautiful, isn't it?" while looking at Rannoch and Shepard saying "Yeah, it is" while looking at her.
8. Leaving the elevator on the Citadel during the final mission of ME1
9. Diving underwater during the Leviathan DLC in ME3
10. Taking in the view from the Lessus monastery in ME3
