Actually at launch, & before the balance changes, the M-37 Falcon was the best AR due to its 125 RPM, or just over 2 rounds a second. The Saber 1 back then was a 200/Weight, 350/Damage, oversized Carnifex to most people.

The most sought after handgun was the M-6 Carnifex, the Arc Pistol charged shot was weaker back then compared now. The M-358 Talon was viewed as "weak" cuz nobody knew about its 50% bonus vs Shields, & Barriers, and most people only had it at level 1, if they had it.
