I would say avoid this forum, reddit, twitter etc...
There's going to be the early access, data mining , the art book etc if the ending is leaked ..well some people's joy in life is to ruin all the things so they'll write it in capital letters in their titles.
So there's always a chance you might stumble on spoilers.

Early Access begins on Thursday, March 16th. So that's the second half of the week before the game comes out. And it's a 10 hours total, not 10 hours per character.

The ME reddit mods aren't too bad, they usually kill spoiler titles quickly. That being said, Id avoid reddit when the EA/Origin access thing starts because the influx of people will be much higher.
