Will the rating summary come out before the game releases?

So there is only 12 days before the public first gets to play Andromeda.  Usually the rating summary comes about a month before a game.  We do have the actual rating and content descriptors, but not the ESRB summary.  Do you think they will wait until after the game comes out, as the rating summary may include details about the romances?
