Anyone else think Andromeda will be overdone like Game of Thrones?

Of all the things that have notoriety for their fanservice, why do you pick Game of Thrones? xD

That was actually a pretty amazing show until the last two seasons and even so it's not exactly bad (yet).

And no. They literally can't bring back old-timers except Liara and that would be sad to see. It will however reference the shit out of the past. This is a "back to roots" marketed game and I know from my experience with being a fan of several things that as soon as an author announces their new thing with "We're going back to roots, this is for the fans!" it means they've hit the point of creative bankruptcy. It won't be bad. It just won't be interesting anymore. Andromeda has a slighty chance of being interesting because so many people leading the project used to be fans and not staff on the trilogy, so they have a different viewpoint but I won't hold my breath for this being anything crazy.
