just like in the original ME trilogy will MEA have a NG+? It would be nice if it did just like Witcher 3. Also I found out that DAI doesnt have NG+ option i wonder why Bioware didnt even consider putting that option into the game in the first place (imho they should have)?

they havent mentioned it so probably not. They might add it in later but i wouldnt hold my breath on it.

You can carry a ryder over and bring your level/skill points with you. You can even play as the other sibiling for your 2nd play through and keep your level.
As far as gear goes though, I dunno. I have heard that gear can go up to rank 10, but not in a first play through, but I have not seen that confirmed personally.

I think I saw in a youtube video a twitter comment from a dev confirming New Game+. Not sure, though. Maybe it was in one of Minius' videos.

It has an NG+, and you can do multiple cycles on the same character (so NG++, NG+++, etc). No word if the difficulty keeps continuing to scale.

It scales based on your own progression, not the number of cycles. So when you're level 103, it's still getting harder.
