>His sabotage was unsanctioned by them, and it's implied they had plans of their own for disrupting or hijacking the harvesting project.

>Your Ryder dies in the end during the self-destruct sequence of the harvesting ship (the other two can be saved by your team if you do well) since it cannot be stopped regardless of what actions you take and their sibling seems to be setup as the protagonist for the sequel in the epilogue, giving an official statement on the incident determined by you.


If you claim that the Harvesting ship(s) being destroyed was caused by an oversight by the heads of the project that led to a critical malfunction:

>Relations degrade between the Turian/Asari/Salarians and humanity. Only the command and high ranking members of their research teams/military detachments were aware of the project's real purpose, but their colonists now scorn eachother while trying to shift the blame - with war seeming possible.

>Cerberus approves of this for how it leverages humanity into a more powerful position and the remnants of the AI leadership are implied to be plotting against you.



If you blame your father:

>Humanity occupies the same position as the Council races would, being scorned for his actions.

>Cerberus disapproves and turns against you, but the remainder of the AI leadership are privately grateful and promise you will be rewarded for your loyalty to the harmony of the colonists.



The Kett worship the AEB as a sacred gift as it powers most of their technology and plays an important role in their religion. They oppose the AI colonists early on since they see them as an imperialistic threat, and then later for the project's attempted harvesting of the AEB. A stalemate with them is reached by the end regardless of which choices you make.



Also, for those theorising Cora is related to TIM, it isn't clarified in the game if she is or not - but she is nitably amicable towards the Cerberus agents you come in contact with.
