They needed to fucking remake the entire Mass Effect Trilogy in Chinese YESTERDAY. My dad is a Mandarin-speaker and a major sci fi fan - he doesn't watch anything but sci fi. This game would've helped me connect with him!!!

I'm not sure what else to do also EA needs to stop drinking and send people to Facebook or twitter to contact Bioware.
I don't mind helping people but if they start sending customers here for technical issues and the likes, why don't they pay for a new official forum.

Is the OP asking for Language support? If so, then I'd be surprised if Mandarin support is NOT already in the game. That's a huge market.

As far as I know there is no Chinese language support for MEA, that's why fans in China are planning to do their own localization patch after it's released.

On the one Chinese ME forum linked by OP, currently there are 38,735 registered users, 2,107,517 posts. Shame on EA that they're totally ignoring such a potential market.

How the fuck does it rustle anyone's jimmies to have Mandarin support for Mass Effect?

Some of the responses here seem like it's a personal offense to want to have more language support being an option, and honest to god, I don't understand why.

Yes, if Mandarin Chinese isn't already a supported language, it absolutely should be. That's a HUGE market, and an absolutely glaring oversight on Bioware's part.

I think it's unwritten rule of the internet somewhere, that if anyone makes a perfectly reasonable suggestion on a gaming forum that someone else will act like that request somehow personally inconveniences them.

It's weird. There is no reason for anyone to be opposed to the OP's request, but that won't stop some people from complaining.
