Can anyone else download this yet? I pre-ordered the super deluxe edition, but when I select manage game it says the size is 138.3 MB, I can't download anything else

I ordered the deluxe version on XONE, and can download it just fine. You might have to select each sub-item independently to download, not the bundle.

I had to uninstall everything, find it in the store and re-download, now it's working
