I was thinking, with the arbitrary 2 squadmate limit, wouldn't it be nice if your squadmates aboard the Tempest could actually assist you in some way? Like the air support call ins from MSGV (it would be nice if Bioware actually learnt from the successful mechanics of other games). So whoever you leave on the Tempest provides you with an additional global ability you can call in once in a while, like orbital strikes, or sending an assault drone down for fire support, or area scans, care packages, even weather manipulation to get rid of that stupid hazard mechanic for abit. Sigh instead our remaining squadmates are left to sit with their thumbs up their arses.

That's a good idea for a mechanic but at this point, less than 2 weeks from release, it's probably best to focus on what's actually going to be in the game, for better or worse. If you judged every game you're interested in by the mechanics it lacks that other recent games have, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

Stupid hazard mechanic? What's stupid about it? In ME1 it made at least some of the worlds feel alien and hostile.

Leaving Kallo onboard the Tempest enables the ability to make it rain frogs That's some Old Testament shit right there

If only they could remake and revamp them to have those options especially on ME2 and 3.
