I don't know how many of you played DAMP, but one sly thing they did to hold up progress was that your abilities scaled with your weapon damage. Anyone that played ME3 and especially those that had multiple accounts know you just leveled an Adept or Engineer up and reck shop. Is that what we will be doing on ME:A or is it the DAMP style?
Is N7hq going to be a thing with ME:A? Weekly events?
Lancer in the game? PPR?
In DAMP you could get 1 million of the same weapon...and believe me it happened. In ME3 you got a weapon to level X and you never saw it again, thus the game had to give you stuff you didn't already have. How is ME:A?
Do you all remember the Typhoon when it first came out? Krysae? Do you think they will give us a few week of god mode with guns when they first come out before nerfs again?
I noticed that a lot of characters are just transferred over from ME3 same skills and stuff? Is it the same system with weight and recharge times on skills?
Do you think PS4 will feature exclusive memory leak?

Not specifcally confirmed but MEAMP is pretty much ME3MP 2.0, so it'll work just like the old MP did.
No official word on an N7HQ replacement as far as I am aware and yes, there will be stuff happening on weekends. They haven't specified what it is exactly but there will be something.
Dunno, not among the weapons we know of, though.
Probably more like ME3MP but not sure.
Since it's the same team that did the ME3MP and the balancing I'm sure there will be the occasional god week.
Yes.
Different engine and an in-house one at that, so that's probably a no.

No official word on an N7HQ replacement as far as I am aware Correction: There will be iOS and Android apps that cover this kind of functionality. I'd assume there will also be a web-based counterpart but they didn't specifically mention it, so it remains to be seen.

PPR no, but you can Vintage Heat Sink any gun for Lancer style, and Remnant guns do it anywayIn DAMP you could get 1 million of the same weapon...and believe me it happened. Same as ME3Do you all remember the Typhoon when it first came out? Krysae? Do you think they will give us a few week of god mode with guns when they first come out before nerfs again? I'd prefer it be correctly balanced to start but probably yes.I noticed that a lot of characters are just transferred over from ME3 same skills and stuff? Is it the same system with weight and recharge times on skills? Yes but iirc the cap is -100% instead of 200.Do you think PS4 will feature exclusive memory leak? PC master race here, no idea

Does anyone know if those research points or whatever else you get in MP and can accumulate in single player require you to play to a certain point in the SP or can we not play the SP for months and then start a new game and have them?

If you mean like ME3's galactic readiness rating, then no. They've said that MP isn't tied to SP like that anymore, so you won't be forced to play to get the best ending or something.

You are not forced to play MP as you can get the points in SP as well (by sending in AI squads to do the missions for you) but you absolutely do get points from playing MP that help you in SP. Not for endings, but for RND and weapons and stuff.

As far as the Lancer goes, I'm not sure having it really makes a whole lot of sense anymore.
Its purpose was always to essentially be "Avenger but with ME1 heat mechanics and doing something resembling damage" but with the new Vintage Heatsink for weapons, you can effectively turn every gun into having ME1 heat mechanics. Provided they don't make the Avenger a shit weapon again, then the Vintage Heatsink will basically just turn it into the Lancer.
