You want to know the best part? The wall can be filled with Shepard surviving. How cool is that?

I have filled the wall as a paragon and as a renegade.

Both Zaeed and Kasumi have to die on the Suicide Mission to get on the wall. I found that out in one of my first playthroughs back when ME3 came out. There's a bug that doesn't add them to the wall if they get killed in ME3. So if you want either of them on the wall, they must die in ME2. I don't know if killing Zaeed during his Loyalty mission counts, though. I almost did that to make my Suicide Mission easier to plan, but thought better of it.

What really shocked me when I was planning everything was that there is only one kill-able squadmate throughout the entire trilogy who can only die during the Suicide Mission. Jacob.

I think he was saying that Jacob has only one place where he can die, which is the SM. The rest can die in more than one way.

Really? Didn't know that happened. I thought his only possible demise was the suicide mission.

Edit: Also, when it comes to Zaeed: When you kill him in the Suicide Mission, is he loyal? That can have an effect. I killed him in the suicide mission while he was not loyal.
