Yep. That stuck out to me too. Also makes me worry about where exactly the Turian ark is along with the Quarians. Tiran Kandros sounds like a real mensch.

Other races might arrive later, they said this was only the first wave of arks, maybe theres like a second that leaves a few weeks or months after them, ofc, they likely arrive even later than the hyperion, or run into some problems.

I'm doubting it. They aren't launching far away from the Reaper War, so it seems very unlikely they will all turn up.

Seems absurd to leave them out, only ones I can understand not bring are batarians, vorcha and geth, for political and cultural reasons. But the geth could easily have stowed away. Batarians could have been mercs like the Krogan, and Vorcha... well, there is a way of explaining them all but they've chosen the most boring lot.

It wouldn't be as bad if there was a strong chance they did have arks that were coming, or if the aliens in Andromeda were actually alien at all, but so far they all are just humanoids. Nothing that felt legitimately alien like the hanar.

I understand the exclusion and you guys have to remember they only arrived in the heleus cluster to be met by Kett, Angara and maybe other species.
There's soo much more to learn and discover about Andromeda.

There NEEDS to be room for other species to be introduced and incorporated.
