For some reason Garson creeps me out here, but I liked the sample regardless. BTW What's the best place to get e-version? Probably Google Play books? Especially if you have an Android phone. I don't want to it read on a phone though. Just some PDF or FB2 file. |

If someone gets the book before the 21th then please do tell so I can buy it and read it before the game launches. I really want to read it before but if the game launches with the book i probably won't.

You can read it online on Kindle.amazon.Com or using a Kindle extension in your browser. With whispersync you could even pull it up on your phone and pick up your reading while on the throne. |

Great opening two chapters. Jien Garson seems like an inspirational character. I have a feeling shes too good to be true so will be dead by the time we get to Andromeda. I hope I'm wrong.

That moment when Sloanne listened to her "inspirational cliche speech #17" and got filled with Determination just made me "Wat". And not a single non-positive thing about her. |

Well, that was a better read than I thought and I quite like Sloane Kelly now. The description of Jien Garson however seems to exhaust every superlative in the author's repertoire. "Her smile could power Illium"? Please. Also, one minor quibble: Isn't it odd how pretty much every system is fucked up except for artificial gravity, and none of the characters reacts to that fact? |
