So in the last few days my mass effect 3 on xbox1 has stopped loading. It goes through the start up, i see shep standing there, 360 logo, I can here the EA omni-tool logo, but i get nothing after that. I even tried through the vault as well in place of the disc.

Any suggestions?

First try a hard reset of your xbox by holding down the on/off button on the front for 5-10 seconds. That will clear some memory cache. After that, try a full uninstall. Maybe try starting it offline. Outside of that, xbox tech support might be of better assistance.

Thanks, I tried the uninstall, will try the hard reset.
