I'm really looking forward to mix-and-match my powers, but I'll most likely base my skills of my favorite singleplayer class, which is the Vanguard. Not saying I won't use tactical cloak and then biotic charge just to see what happens.

Actually may do a cross class of Biotic/Operative, the Adept and Infiltrator skills would play nicely together for my BroRyder.
My SisRyder would probably be a more branched out class than I'm used to doing. Maybe a Soldier/Sentinel.

The more I look at it, the more I'm leaning towards tech/combat, being more of an assault trooper kinda thing. I'll likely start out with the "infiltrator" training (operative, I think?) that unlocks cloak early, then use mostly tech powers, with the combat "barrier" thing for mobile cover in case we get stuck in some open areas. I'll definitely be playing around with it, and I could very well change my mind multiple times as I learn the new combat system, but I played Adept or Sentinel waaaaaay too much in the OT, so switching it up for a more combat focused build (still heavy on tech though!) could be a fun change of pace.

I chose Explorer because it has a little of everything, and seems like something that I will enjoy

I normally play as a soldier. Sometimes as Infiltrator but I may give explorer a nice look first.

I really liked Vanguards in mp, never really got a chance to play through sp with one, so I will try that. But Adept and Sentinel are also my favs, so if Vanguard does not pan out, I have something to reroll to.

Vanfiltrator... Infilguard...
I am Bathumb.
A lot of people, myself included, are looking forward to the charge and cloak combination. I think it will be a lot of fun to switch to this profile every time I pull out my sword. A lot of you might be disappointed, but I'd guess you have to go with the Explorer Class to get this versatility.
In the MET I liked the vanguards biotics, but I always wished I liked sniping more and went with the infiltrator, I like sniping in other games. I always had some trouble really understanding the full usefulness of all the biotic and especially the tech powers (there were a couple I never bothered to use or learn at all), so I was thinking I might use Engineer primarily to help with that, mixed with a lot of Sentinel and a little and infiltrator play to really help me flesh out my understanding of the game.
Also looking forward to seeing what kind of weird guns they come up with like literally half (6 out of 13) the shotguns in ME3; N7 Crusader, Venom, Geth Plasma, Graal Spike Thrower, Desciple, Reegar Carbine (and the sniper: M90 Indra [looking forward to this with a vintage heat sink]).

I can't decide yet. I'll probably come up with some kind of blend of soldier/biotics that doesn't quite fit any previous class. We don't have set classes, right? I'll just experiment.
