I just did a ME1-3 as a Vanguard, so for my first playthrough, Biotics aren't really on the menu, nor rushing in combat, so, I was thinking Engineer or Infiltrator.

Unless you mean which 'profile' we're going to use. If that is indeed what you mean than I'll likely stick with soldier as my profile.

However if we're talking about what skills Im going to focus in, Im going to make a bit of an engineer/soldier hybrid designed to punch into an enemy location before fortifying my position and defending it until everyone else is dead.

Edit: Also Im not going to put a single point into Biotics.

Not even barrier. Im not sure why but I've never liked playing as a biotic, even if a biotic skill was merely passive I wouldn't use it. Im just gonna create my own assault engineer hybrid. Lots of debuffs and lots of damage output.

I usually lean towards Infiltrator and Tech-y stuff in general. Probably gonna have my 4 favorites be Eng-Inf-Sen-Exp.

My Sara will be basically an Adept, but with a sniper rifle. My Scott will essentially be an Engineer because I love techie guys, probably with a pistol or light AR.

After that, I'm not sure. Probably something Vanguard-esque with a trusty shotgun, because by then I will know the game, and be familiar with it enough that I can just slam into things willy-nilly. Fun times.

A soldier/engineer hybrid with turbocharge, remnant vi and either concussive shot, grenades, invasion or tac cloak, plus a back up vanguard profile with charge, nova and singularity or lance for a berserk mode when something pisses me off enough for me to want to headbutt it to death. Also, passives for days.

AR and sniper rifle

The main profiles are going to be an Infiltrator (Tactical cloak + Concussive shot + Overload) and an Explorer (Flank cannon + Pull + Flamethrower). With a heavy pistol and a sniper rifle.

Infiltrator has always been my favorite class, but I think I'll try merging it with some Engineer tech skills. Might drop the sniper rifle too and just stick to pistols with a backup shotgun or something similar.

Stealthy sniper feels too spec ops to me and that was my Shepard's thing.
