Considering with all the content in this game and the possibility of putting in 100+ hours, do you think the gameplay will be diverse enough to stay fresh and engaging?
Or do you think it will mostly be run/drive, shoot, scan, talk? The witcher 3 even got a little stale with the witcher senses and tracking. The same happened to the extent with Horizon Zero Dawn. I wanted more varied quests and mechanics. If ME:A is really as big as it's claiming to be, will the be more mechanics that we haven't seen?
I know there's some platforming, but I am hoping for there to be smaller fetch quests, collectibles, card games, etc.
I Still think vehicular combat would have only helped diversify the experience. It didn't need to be over used but after 60+ hours. I would like to have more choice in approach to situations.
Just a thought.

I do wonder about that. Just things like how many different types of enemies there are.

I think the ability to repsec our characters to be able to use any ability will help with combat getting stale, since we'll just be able to switch things up when we get tired of a certain build.
Beyond that we don't know much. Some quests might introduce a few small changes, but I don't think the core gameplay is going to change much from mission to mission outside of respeccing.

If you're not a (big) fan of shooters, probably not. For the people who often run around in Saints Row/Watch Dogs/Grand Theft Auto, shooting everything in sight, it'll probably be fine.

The thing to consider is there is going to be a good bit of gameplay not in combat. It's no longer like ME2 and ME3. It's very much open world. Having things to do in between combat needs to be diverse or it could get stale.

Where ME2 and ME3 were mostly focused on the shooting and combat, this game has a lot more time in game not fighting. Considering the large open world areas, it will be nice to have some better fillers. In terms of combat, to fit the open word aspects, I hope we get more vehicles in future dlc
