Well, at least we got bonus stats and a metric shit ton of microtransactions with two currencies so they got that going for them which is nice.

I think the reason why there isnt a grab kill anymore is because they intended cover to be less important. They also might not want a repeat of geth farming lmao maxed out grab kills every match :^) your other complaints however are very valid but at least krogan head but is still in!

Thats because if it wasn't filled to the brim with geth haters then it couldn't bear "BSN" in the name. All good though. I don't feel completely betrayed. I've seen a lot of geth brothers and sisters signed up here too. At least we can agree on the other (important) aspects. DLC might fix some of these, but I just wanted a good game. I'm still getting it and I am hoping for the best. It's hard, but remembering what ME3 was like on release compared to what it became after all the DLC is a pretty big jump.

I don't really really care about reload canceling being removed. They removed a little bit of skill from the game but it doesn't drastically alter gameplay. It was just annoying listening to people after 10 years still think it was an exploit that the devs didn't know about and couldn't fix

Not to say it's a bad thing but it does mean a different approach. I hope there is enough variety in melee attack animations to improve on the light melee chains and heavy melee we had before.

I'll need to see it but I don't really like the way it sounds. In ME3 you had 3 or 4 different melee options on every kit driven by a single key and it sounds like that has been removed.

That sounds a bit... well, sad. I hope it's at least going to be more than a single action on a single button. Kind of puts a damper on the idea of melee builds if there aren't a variety of melee attack animations and effects you can execute while in a match.

Yeah but imagine you were limited to only being able to headbutt and weren't able to do the running backhand heavy melee by holding the button. I sincerely hope it's not been reduced to that now.
Believe me I would always compete for the nonexistant medal of most headbutt greetings in a match, often getting to the point of being extremely annoying to my teammates.

At least the headbutt is still there and I suppose we do have Nova now which is kind of a melee attack anyway.

It's still fun you just have to get used to the changes. As for the Geth that was a no brainier in the future (or possibly now) we may have their builds come back on a different character.
