So, I started preloading like the lot of you and I'm currently browsing the folders. In the "game" folder there's a series of subfolders divided into categories such as "Hubs" and "Loyalty" and more and one of them is also "crit"
Inside the hub folder for example there seems to be the ones we've heard of. A handful of planets, the ark, nexus and Kadara, so it seems accurate and I don't think I'm missing any folders due to downloading not being finished (otherwise I'll update).
Inside the "crit" folder there are two prefixed with "Pro_(something)" which is obviously the prologue which many of you have seen. Aside from that there are 6 other folders.
All in all, it seems we have around 8 crit-path quests more or less. The campaign will probably not be much longer than Inquisition unless some crit-paths are divided into a series of hub-area side objectives.
Update: There are 6 Loyalty missions and 6 planets we can land on, it seems.

There are more than 6 planets you can land on.

There are more than 6 planets you can land on. There's only six actual open world zones though. |

Eos
Elaaden
Voeld
The shimmering jungle world (Havarl maybe?)
Kadara
??? (Maybe Aya, the angara homeworld)

I've seen a snowy planet in some of the screenshots they have released. Perhaps it's for a loyalty mission?

I don't mind only 6 open worlds, as long as there are a whole bunch of other side missions that are in more enclosed spaces. I prefer the enclosed missions of ME2 & 3 anyway.

6 planets to explore sounds good, could've cut it down to 5. What is the most important thing is to send us to these planets as a part of the critical path. DA:I failed at this, having 10 large zones, and only having the main quest in 3 of them. If they can manage that, and really make the side content that is filled totally optional, then this could be great from an exploration standpoint. Thanks for the mining!
