Does anyone know if the DLC works on Xbox One?

Technically, it should since it was meant for the game. Have you been running into trouble with it?

I have not played it yet, but I did not see a DLC with a name referencing it on the 360 storage list or the Xbox One install list. I played through both demos during those promotions.

It should work if you are signed in to your EA account while playing the demo.

I saw the messages saying that I unlocked the items. The storage folders just do not have any DLC listed that could be that. So, are the items just in-game somewhere without being separate files within the game folders?

If I remember, they should be available immediately in the Normandy's armoury, you even get emails telling you about them. I don't think you need to download anything extra either. You could check your registered game content on Bioware's old website, and see if you really do have it unlocked: social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php
